What is Room to Room Organizing’s cancellation policy?
If you cannot make the appointment/s we’ve scheduled please let me know immediately, as I charge your full session to your account without two full days notice of cancellation.
What “tools of the trade” does Room to Room bring to help the organizational process?
We have also learned the following items are helpful to projects and bring them to each appointment:
- furniture sliders
- a car to haul things away
- full set of tools
- power drill
- a dolly which makes moving heavy items a dream
Can the Professional Organizer do the work without me being present?
Some projects can be done without your presence involved, usually rooms that are utilitarian in nature and won’t have the need for releasing items within it. However, most projects will need the owner to be present and available to make many decisions of what to keep, what their preferences are, etc. More often than not, work is done together to create completion of a project.
What should I do with the items I don’t wish to keep any longer?
Room To Room Organizing helps you recycle your items consciously. If you decide to release things to a Thrift Store of your choice, we have a large van that will be able to cart it away for you. If you decide to sell items, please view our Links Page to help you utilize the best tool to do so.
